About Patrick

Patrick Mikel is the founder of Principle Coaching and developer of The Principle Method™, a behavioral framework designed to create sustainable change by restoring alignment between identity, behavior, and environment.
Over the past 15 years, Patrick has coached more than 15,000 individuals in one-on-one settings across a wide range of backgrounds, challenges, and goals. Through thousands of coaching interactions, he observed consistent patterns in how people think, struggle, and create change. These patterns ultimately led to the distillation of core principles that now form the foundation of The Principle Method™.

Mission

The mission of Principle Coaching is to help individuals create sustainable change by correcting the underlying patterns that drive behavior, allowing people to live in greater alignment with how they are designed to function across health, performance, and daily life.

Vision

Principle Coaching exists as part of a broader movement toward a world in which individuals, communities, and systems operate in alignment rather than conflict.
Many of the difficulties people experience in health, behavior, relationships, and daily life are not the result of personal weakness, but of systems that are out of balance with human nature and with each other.
Change at the individual level creates the foundation for change at larger levels. As more people learn to live with clarity, stability, and self-trust, it becomes possible to move away from cycles of pressure, competition, and isolation toward systems built on cooperation, sustainability, and mutual benefit.
Principle Coaching exists to help individuals restore alignment in their own lives so that broader change can emerge over time.

Philosophy

Patrick’s work is grounded in the belief that many struggles in health, performance, and behavior are not the result of personal failure, but of misalignment between how people are living and how they are designed to function. By correcting this misalignment, individuals are able to experience greater clarity, consistency, and long-term stability.
